On January 3, 2000, we were
pleased to welcome Julie Pearson to the Dallas office. Julie is a registered

with specialization in structural analysis. She is currently working on the
North Hills School in Las Colinas - Irving, Texas, First Presbyterian Child

ROFDW's Dallas office had
their annual open house December 3, 1999. The McAllen and Harlingen office had
their Christmas party on December 10. Thank you to all those who were able to
attend. It is always a pleasure to meet and socialize with our clients and consultants.
We have recently
been awarded a contract with the United States Postal Service for the Texas,
Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma area. The USPS has been a long time client
for us, and we are most pleased to continue our service with them.
We have also recently
been awarded projects with the Harlingen Independent School District and a contract
with the City of Temple for a new Operations and Maintenance facility.
