With ten years of experience with various types of projects, Mr. Zamora is responsible for the management of the production team and construction contract administration. He has prepared the construction documents for the Library/Learning Center/Auditorium for the Marine Military Academy in Harlingen, Texas, the Additions to Black Intermediate School and the Renovations and Remodeling of the Armando Cuellar Middle School for the Weslaco Independent School District of Weslaco, Texas. His responsibilities also include construction administration. He specializes in optimizing productivity and response time to our client's needs. His duties include "early" bid coordination, periodic inspections, change order negotiations, shop drawing review, pay requests, punch lists, pre-construction conferences and post-construction warranty inspections. Prior to joining ROFDW, Mr. Zamora spent several years practicing architecture in San Luis Potosi, Monterrey, Mexico, and in Austin, Texas. He is currently President of the L.R.G.V. Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
