Wells, AIA Principal

Mr. Wells has extensive experience
in the management of new and alterations-type projects. He has
been the Principal-in-Charge and primary designer on the majority
of child care facilities that this firm has completed and for
federal, state, corporate, and university centers. Mr. Wells has
led site feasibility studies, managed the design of both new
facilities and renovation of existing buildings, and coordinated
with the Architect of Record for centers being designed within
new headquarter facilities.
He is currently the
Principal-in-Charge of the child care centers for the Navy,
Boeing, Citicorp, USAA, Texas A & M University, and of the
multi-task contracts for United States Postal Service. His
government projects include managing six Indefinite Delivery
Contracts (IDC): General Services Administration (1 year plus 2
option years), U.S. Navy (two 1 year contracts), and three for
the U.S. Postal Service. His institutional facility experience
includes projects for the Texas Youth Commission and Texas
Department of Transportation, Federal Correctional Institution -
Seagoville, and the Texas State and Dallas County Departments of
Mental Health and Mental Retardation.
