Luis Figueroa,
AIA Principal

Luis Figueroa specializes in
project management of educational, commercial, religious, health
care, industrial, and housing projects. He directs his major
efforts toward overall management to assure that each phase of
the project development is properly implemented. This entails
coordination of the initial programming of clients' needs and the
project schedule, as well as continuous client contact to
determine that all requirements are met from the construction
documents through project completion. Mr. Figueroa will remain
personally involved from the date of the interview through
contractual negotiations, programming, design, contract award,
construction and warranty period.
Mr. Figueroa is the Past
President of the L.R.G.V. Chapter/American Institute of
Architects and is currently a member of the Ambulance Evaluation
Board for the City of McAllen.
