Janousek, AIA Associate Principal

Over the past 18 years, Mr.
Janousek has been Project Architect on a variety of complex
building types. His specific responsibilities have included
schematic design, production, and project management, including
scheduling, cost control, specification writing and construction
administration. He has been the designer and Project Architect on
numerous facilities in and for the State of Texas. He is very
familiar with indefinite delivery and multi-phase contracts.
As a skilled designer, Mr.
Janousek provides a unique insight to the projects he manages and
for which he provides construction administration. Recently he
has been Project Architect for the new $7.3 million Gilbert
Cuellar, Sr. Elementary School in Dallas, and Project Manager for
the Corsicana State Home and Brownwood State School Renovation
projects for the Texas Youth Commission. Each of the 38 buildings
on these two campuses were renovated to meet new program
requirements and for electronic security, communications and
alarm systems improvements, structural repairs, additions, and
ADA compliance.
